ABOUT THIS ROLE
Audible is seeking a finance professional with financial modeling and strategic advisory experience to help support the Finance and Growth organization. You will assist with preparing compelling and well-researched analyses for use in shaping critical strategic decisions. As Finance Manager, FP&A, you will gain an excellent and holistic understanding of the entire organization through strong exposure to all aspects of the P&L, consumer product portfolio, lifecycle, as well as key drivers for member acquisition, retention, and engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills as a finance business partner supporting the global product, content, creative, marketing, and corporate development teams to drive key growth driving analyses & initiatives.

As a Finance Manager, FP&A, you will...
- Support the global and international vision by partnering with global, regional, and local teams to drive financial reporting and analysis that will inform business decisions for overall growth and transformation
- Partner with leadership teams across global brand and content marketing business initiatives, including budgetary financial management and strategic analysis to support planning, prioritization, and decision-making
- Assist on the development and analysis of new initiatives though detailed revenue sizing, KPI outputs, short/long-term ROI planning and risk assessments
- Deliver analytics projects and assist in creation and brainstorming of business models and go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and initiatives
- Become a subject matter expert on the relationship between new member acquisition, retention, engagement and the overall business; understand and analyze related market & channel trends
- Provide thought leadership behind improving and automating existing data models and business intelligence efforts
- Develop and maintain relationships with key department personnel, team members, business intelligence teams and Amazon finance counterparts
- Be prepared to discuss and present the financial forecast to an audience of senior executives across the organization

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related degree
- 3+ years of professional experience in Investment Banking / Consulting / Strategic Finance / Operations Analysis

Preferred Qualifications

- Demonstrated excellence in financial analysis and financial model building
- Proven ability to build relationships and communicate with peers, executive management and other critical stakeholders
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage large data sets while developing analyses independently
- Ability to articulate ideas and conclusions clearly and effectively, while proactively serving stakeholders
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with financial systems such a Cognos TM1 or Hyperion
- Experience working across international teams
