Our Hub+Home Hybrid Workplace

Hub+Home is our hybrid model that gives employees flexibility between gathering in a common office space (work from hub) and remote work (work from home). Some teams will work mostly at hub, some mostly at home and others hybrid.

The goal is to support our diverse work needs while keeping all of us connected to each other, our customers, and our communities.

Work from Hub is for cases where collaborating in person is preferred or certain workflows would be more efficient. It's also best for experiencing our culture in action.

Work from Home may offer more privacy and focus, as well as a more flexible working style or use of time that helps with work-life balance.

  • When will the new Hub+Home workplace launch? -

    Hub+Home – our new way of working – will launch in January/February 2022. At that time, employees will return to their hubs at a frequency determined by their team’s approach, the needs of the business, and any other local requirements. Employees will be expected to live close enough to their assigned hub that they can easily travel to the office for a meeting within a day’s notice without need for a flight or hotels.
