Our Hub+Home Hybrid Workplace
Hub+Home is our hybrid model that gives employees flexibility between gathering in office (work from hub) and remote work (work from home). In order to foster community and collaboration, we ask that employees assigned to a hub, work from their hub at least two days per week.

The goal is to support our diverse work needs while keeping all of us connected to each other, our customers, and our communities.

Work from Hub lets us share ideas and inspire each other in person, and makes some workflows more efficient. It's also best for experiencing our culture in action.

Work from Home may offer more privacy and focus, as well as a more flexible working style or use of time that helps with work-life balance.

it can happen anywhere."

Work from Hub
This allows us to connect with others in the same environment—to more quickly solve problems, benefit from a collective energy, and fortify and feel our culture.
It's also an important part of our impact work that we engage directly with the communities in which we operate. This is why all employees associated with a hub are asked to work from there at least two days per week.
Work From Hub might include:
- New Hire Orientation
- Training Sessions
- Mentorship
- Team and Cross Functional Collaboration
- Team Projects
- Community Engagement Opportunities
- Cultural Celebration
- Impact Group events
Work from Home
This enables us to be more focused or creative in our own environments. We could be heads-down on a project that's easier to accomplish alone or without commuting.

See Our Hubs
Audible is a mission-driven company devoted to each other's well-being and to the cities we call home. As we continue to improve Hub+Home, that commitment to our communities is behind everything we do. There's no one-size-fits-all structure, though. We all work in different locations across the world, serve different functions, and have different team dynamics. Our hubs give us the flexibility to support that.

The What Are You Listening To? Wall
This interactive experience lets us share our recommendations from wherever we are. And if we're looking for something to listen to, we can filter our searches by genre, mood, locations, and more.
The What Are You Listening To? Wall
One of the main things that connects Audible employees is our love of listening to audio storytelling and then talking to each other about it. We shared those listens on a wall in our Newark lobby – and now it's gone virtual, and global, to keep the conversation going!
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Who decides which days work best for Hub+Home? -
One size does not fit all. Team leaders will determine those activities that are best suited for gathering in person to create efficiency or spark innovation. A single approach is not universally prescribed, creating space for teams to do their best work in the way that works best. We ask all employees associated with a specific hub to work at least two days per week there.
