ABOUT THIS ROLE
Audible is seeking a proactive, articulate, and enthusiastic individual for the role of P&P Operations Specialist – APAC. This position will report to the People and Places Operations and Compliance Lead and will play a vital role in managing the employee lifecycle across Audible's APAC region (Australia, Singapore, Japan, and India) by leveraging technology, ensuring data integrity, and providing exceptional operational support.

As the P&P Operations Specialist - APAC, you will...
- Process and maintain employee lifecycle events including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, manager changes, and salary updates across Workday and Amazon systems
- Conduct data reconciliations to maintain and resolve discrepancies between systems.
- Support Workday testing cycles (March and September) by validating data and documenting issues
- Coordinate new joiner processing via Amazon pathway and ensure timely addition to Workday upon start date
- Process exits and terminations, managing dual-entry requirements between Workday and Amazon HR Service Center
- Support contractors (FTC, CWR) management including onboarding, off-boarding, contract renewals, extensions, system updates, policies and reporting
- Assist with leave of absence processing and provide guidance on regional leave policies
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies (Australia and Singapore) to manage contractor relationships
- Assist with government reporting requirements, including Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MoM) employee composition reports and Australia WGEA reporting
- Maintain and update regional AskHR pages (Australia, Japan, Singapore, India) to ensure accurate policy information
- Provide training and guidance to managers on system functionality, data management best practices, and regional processes
- Partner with Amazon HR teams (HRBPs, PATH, Leave Management) to resolve regional operational matters
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, reduce manual work, and improve workflows
- Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives that support the overall success of the P&P Operations function

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years of HR experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis
- Experience in oral and written communication
- Experience working cross functionally across several teams
- Experience navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities
