ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Social Media to lead our brand's social media presence across North America. This role combines hands-on day-to-day channel management with cross-functional collaboration to develop innovative content, drive marketplace expansion, and support organizational priorities through compelling social storytelling. You will be a tactical executor who can balance operational excellence with strategic thinking.

As a Manager, Social Media, you will...
- Manage day to day operations across primary US social channels including X, Facebook, Instagram, and Threads
- Develop social content in partnership with agency partners that drives engagement and brand affinity
- Monitor channel performance and optimize posting strategies based on analytics and audience insights
- Track and report on key social media metrics and KPIs across all channels (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions, etc.)
- Develop performance dashboards to monitor real-time channel health and campaign effectiveness
- Prepare regular reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly) on social performance, trends, and insights for leadership
- Partner with internal teams (Brand and Content Marketing, Creative, Editorial, Media, Content, Product Marketing) to align social strategy with key product releases and business initiatives
- Collaborate on content briefs with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure social amplification of organizational priorities
- Work with Head of Organic Social on implementation of social channels across new marketplace platforms and geographic regions
- Identify opportunities to activate cultural moments and viral trends

Basic Qualifications

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- 4+ years experience managing multiple social media platforms
- Experience implementing social platform specific best practices and algorithm dynamics
- Experience with social media analytics tools and platforms
- Experience creating performance reports and dashboards
- Experience managing external agencies and vendor relationships
- Experience developing compelling content concepts

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience in ownership of projects and communicating timelines and executing independently
- Experience with data/analytics and using data to make decisions
- Experience in project management
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
