ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Manager on our Product Strategy and Operations team, you will work with Strategy, Product, Design, and Insights business partners to influence and force-multiply our business performance and improve our customer experience.

ABOUT YOU
You will work with leadership stakeholders to increase our effectiveness and efficiency, and design and develop measurement frameworks to drive accountability. You will work with cross-functional colleagues across Marketing, Content, Finance, and Product Marketing to ensure Audible leadership and practitioners understand performance outcomes to execute against our short- and long-term strategy. You will have have strong business acumen, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to synthesize data across data sources.

As a Manager, Product Operations, you will...
- Work with the Director of Product Planning and Operations to build and refine measurement frameworks that drive transparency around business performance and optimize for efficiency and accountability across the Product function
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of relevant data sources, business intelligence processes, and insights and analyses to maximize the impact of the Product team
- Own a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) framework and Monthly Business Review cadence for Product
- Identify tradeoffs across our goals and KPIs to inform strategy and proactively manage risk
- Work with cross-functional partners across Audible to identify performance trends and patterns, and develop narratives and presentations to communicate recommendations to senior leadership
- Own special projects to enable the Audible Product team to continuously deliver delightful customer experiences

Basic Qualifications

- Experience using data analysis to drive business decisions
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the areas of Business Operations, Consulting, or Strategic Analytics in a digital environment or in a related field
- Experience creating concise, clear documentation and analysis that meets leadership requirements for immediate review
- Experience in digital media content, specifically subscription streaming services and/org two-sided marketplace business models
- Experience using Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)

Preferred Qualifications

- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, analytics, economics, or related fields
- Previous experience in large B2C companies a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work seamlessly with a variety of functional disciplines
- Ability to learn quickly, and comfort with ambiguity
- Work under pressure and tight deadlines with demonstrated achievement in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $115,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $190,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
