ABOUT THIS ROLE
We're looking for a Global Content Business Analyst to be the analytical backbone connecting content strategy to measurable outcomes—building self-serve dashboards, driving executive reporting cadence, and partnering with BI, product, and tech teams to make data-driven decisions happen fast. This role demands someone who can analyze complex performance drivers, present confidently to senior leadership, manage cross-functional metrics projects, and leverage AI automation to advance efficiency. You'll be our centralized Content analytics expert, responding rapidly to leadership requests while establishing the capabilities, discipline, and cadence that integrate analytics into content planning and investment decisions.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Global Content Strategy & Enablement team develops and helps execute Audible's global content vision by bringing objective insights, domain expertise, and intellectual honesty to strategic decisions. As the connective tissue within the Content org and missionaries of Content's vision across Audible, we provide frameworks to enable Content teams to move quickly and effectively, driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering the best experiences for creators and listeners everywhere.

As a Business Analyst of Global Content, you will...
- Understand how the Content team’s strategy is translated into action and then measured most effectively
- Build the capabilities for how we integrate analytics into content planning and investments
- Analyze content business performance and clearly articulate drivers through narrative-driven documents
- Represent the needs of the Content team and be the centralized Content contact and collaborator with our BI partners to create self-serve dashboards and improve data availability
- Drive the cadence and readiness for senior-leadership data reporting and facilitate regular reviews
- Respond rapidly to ad-hoc leadership requests for information
- Manage metrics-related cross-functional projects.
- Advance Content’s efficiency and aims through automation and AI tools
- Partner effectively with our data, product, and tech partners to “articulate the possible and move fast to make it real"

Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
- Experience with one or more analytics visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI)
- Experience in project management including communication, planning, and documentation
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
- 1+ years of SQL experience
- Experience presenting to executives and all levels of leadership
- Experience communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience using AI tools to automate data reporting or data analysis
- Experience manipulating data sets, summarizing into metrics, and presenting analysis
- Experience determining reporting cadence and mechanisms for complex, global functional organizations
- MBA, PMP, or related degree or certification
- Experience with multiple AI models and tools
- Experience in media, books, podcasts, or audio storytelling
- Experience moderating meetings with executive leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
