ABOUT THIS ROLE
This role offers hands-on exposure to two exciting areas: global outbound marketing execution and project coordination for Audible's fastest-growing market segment. On the outbound side, you will support the team in delivering customer acquisition email campaigns across Audible's worldwide marketplaces — learning how Audible introduces its value to millions of Amazon customers globally. On the growth marketing side, you will support the project coordination for growth initiatives across Emerging Marketplaces (Brazil, Japan, Mexico, and beyond). This is a unique opportunity to develop skills in both global marketing operations and international program management within a dynamic business environment.

In this role, you will be embedded within the Global Growth Marketing organization, contributing to both outbound campaign execution and project coordination across emerging markets.
As a Working Student - Project Support (Outbound and Growth Marketing), you will...
- Assist in preparing outbound email campaigns using templates across multiple languages, leveraging native speakers, pre-set marketing copy, and GenAI translation tools
- Support coordination with the creative team on asset development and localization
- Ensure Amazon Outbound compliance via content QA and execute device testing for new features.
- Assist with Audible and Amazon partner coordination for campaign delivery
- Track campaign performance data and flag observations or improvement ideas to the team
- Help maintain project timelines, status trackers, and meeting notes for growth initiatives
- Assist in preparing updates and materials for team and leadership reviews
- Contribute ideas for process improvements to strengthen marketing and project execution

Basic Qualifications
- Full time enrollment in a German state-accredited (staatlich anerkanntem) Bachelor or Master program in the Berlin/Brandenburg area, with at least 1 year of studies remaining - expected graduation summer 2027 or later
- Business fluency in written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency (Portuguese, Japanese, Spanish, or German) is a plus
- Microsoft Excel knowledge for basic data tracking (e.g., filtering, sorting, simple formulas)

Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Marketing, International Management, Communications, or a related field
- Exposure to Process Management - ability to document, follow, and improve workflows; experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, or similar) is a plus
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI tools - willingness to use generative AI for content creation, translation, or productivity enhancement (e.g., ChatGPT, Amazon Q, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Attention to detail - ability to review content for accuracy and consistency
- Interest in international business and emerging markets
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
- Prior experience (internship, coursework, or personal projects) in email marketing, digital marketing, or program/project coordination
