ABOUT THIS ROLE
Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for an enthusiastic Working Student – Production Operations. You'll work with our Audible Content, International team, getting hands-on experience with our Production project management, metadata coordination, and asset tracking for Audible's audiobooks and original productions across multiple European markets.

Your day-to-day will center on supporting our production pipeline from project kick-off to release, ensuring that all necessary production data, assets, and milestones are tracked accurately in our content management systems. You'll help coordinate between production teams, internal and external partners like publishers and studio to keep titles on schedule and maintain high-quality standards.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to delivering exceptional audio content to our global audience while understanding the full production lifecycle of an audiobook in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

As a Working Student, Production Operations, you will...
- Support the import and maintenance of production records and metadata in our Content database
- Help track production milestones, deliverables, and deadlines across European markets
- Assist with manuscript delivery, cover artwork processing, and vendor coordination
- Review and validate production data for completeness and accuracy
- Identify and communicate data gaps or issues to relevant stakeholders
- Learn automation tools and help test new process improvements
- Support administrative tasks including vendor documentation and invoice tracking

Basic Qualifications

- Full time enrollment in a German state-accredited (staatlich anerkanntem) Bachelor or Master program, in the Berlin/Brandenburg area, and have at least 1 year of studies left - expected graduation after March 2027
- Business fluency, written and spoken, in English and at least one of the following languages (B2 minimum): French, Italian, German or Spanish
- Experience with a Windows operating environment, expertise in Outlook, Excel and Word
- Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Interest in or experience with project management and production workflows
- Affinity to AI tools and technology (e.g., to support workflow enhancements, automation scripts)
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Passion for media, entertainment, and audio storytelling
