ABOUT THIS ROLE
Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for a Working Student - Online Marketing (Data & User Research) who will support us in the enhancement and development of our website and app for marketing traffic, as well as global performance tracking. You will support in generating insights for the CRO team through data analysis, user research and monitoring performance dashboards.

The ideal candidate has a general understanding of e-commerce, online marketing and user experience (UX). For this specific role we are looking for a candidate with a strong affinity towards data and user research and experimentation.
As a Working Student Online Marketing (Data & User Research), you will...
- Support our Data Analyst in reporting and analysis requests from the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team
- Conduct user tests and user research
- Create and run reports in our data warehouse (DWH) and analytics tool (Adobe Analytics)
- Identify patterns and insights from datasets
- Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing decisions

Basic Qualifications
- You’re still a full time student, enrolled in a state-accredited (staatlich anerkanntem) Bachelor or Master in the Berlin/Brandenburg area and have at least 2 years of studies left - expected Graduation in late 2026 or later
- You have excellent command of written and spoken English
- You have excellent command of written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications
- You have gained first experiences with analytics tools such as: Google Analytics or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
- You are enthusiastic about working with data and analyzing it to derive actionable insights
- You have practical knowledge/experience with SQL, Python, Excel
- You have practical knowledge/experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
- You know the basics of A/B testing
- You have the ability to work with a diverse team across different time zones.
- You are interested in learning how AI applications can improve user experience
