ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a working student, you will support our Berlin based EU HR team in all areas of Human Resources. You will get to know many different aspects of our day-to-day business in an internationally company. We offer you the opportunity to gain professional exposure in many areas of human resources field.

As a Working Student in the Human Resources department, you will...
- Support the HR department in day-to-day operations, e.g. contract management and personnel administration, new joiner onboarding, employee queries, correspondence, reference letters, document's filing, controlling, monitoring
- Support with creation of statistics and reports
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as creation of employee documents and maintenance of the systems, ensuring data accuracy
- Create, document and follow up on administrative tickets
- Create, maintain and update internal wikis and intranet pages

- Student position for 20h per week
- Compensation of €15.69 per hour
- 12 months contract

Basic Qualifications

- You’re still a full time student, enrolled in either your first state-accredited (staatlich anerkannt) Bachelor or Master in the Berlin/Brandenburg area and have at least 1,5 years of studies left - expected graduation past July 2027
- Advanced or native fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
- Experience with MS Office programs

Preferred Qualifications

- Studies in economics, human resources management or a comparable course
- First experiences with human resources work, preferably also from previous training or a bachelor's degree
