Job Summary

At Audible, we believe stories have the power to transform lives. It’s why we work with some of the world’s leading creators produce and share audio storytelling with our millions of global listeners. We are dreamers and inventors who come from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences to empower and inspire each other. Imagine your future with us.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
Audible's content teams run a large, interconnected Airtable ecosystem that supports how we acquire, produce, and program content across our global marketplaces. We're seeking an Airtable Specialist to help modernize and rebuild that ecosystem: simplifying how our data flows between systems, redesigning the tools our teams use every day, and making the platform easier to trust and maintain as we grow.
You'll sit at the intersection of business and technology, working directly with our content operations teams and with our program leads to design, build, and support the Airtable systems that our Acquisition, Production, and Programming teams depend on. This is hands-on build work: you'll architect data structures and sync relationships, design team-facing interfaces, rationalize automations, and support migrations, all within a live environment used by hundreds of people across multiple regions.
If you like solving real operational problems for the people who use your work every day, this is the role for you.

This role is a 24-Month Fixed-Term Contract.

ABOUT YOU
You have a proven track record of designing, building, maintaining, and supporting complex Airtable-based solutions, and you care about building durable value for the internal teams who rely on them.

As an Airtable specialist, you will...
- Help redesign and simplify how data syncs between our core content bases, reducing complexity and improving reliability
- Build and refine team-facing interfaces tailored to how each content team actually works
- Rationalize and maintain automations, scripts, and workflows across the ecosystem
- Support data migrations and structural changes with minimal disruption to live operations
- Partner with internal content, operations, and engineering teams to gather requirements, question assumptions, and surface risks early
- Create clear documentation and help transfer knowledge, so the systems stay maintainable over time
- Use data to drive decisions and measure results against them
