ABOUT THIS ROLE
Based in Paris, Audible is looking for a Studio and Content Coordinator for our Audible in-house studios in the center of Paris. As a Studio and Content Coordinator, you will be responsible to help managing the facility and support the activities on site such as the acquisition and production of audiobooks, multicast audio series and podcasts, as well as the hosting of events such as studio tours and classes. You will support the French production and content development team, with support for business and marketing teams at onsite events, and will be the go-to person for external and internal visitors onsite.

As a Studio and Content Coordinator, you will...
- Manage comprehensive relationship tracking with external partners (rights holders, talents, production staff), ensuring effective prioritization while advancing content opportunities
- Coordinate and plan all aspects of content development - from supporting rights acquisition and submission to production scheduling, including booking necessary resources (engineers, directors, voice talent) in collaboration with Production and Content teams
- Support systematic review of content agreements and contracts, creating user-friendly resources that identify rights positions and exploitation opportunities across the organization's portfolio
- Serve as central point of contact between departments (production, marketing, legal, finance), maintaining consistency in communications and ensuring all stakeholders' requirements are incorporated during negotiations and production phases
- Manage production logistics including script analysis, recording time calculations, scheduling, and preparation of materials for talent and production teams
- Oversee administrative workflows for both content acquisition and production, including contract preparation, payment processing, asset archiving, and tracking tools to monitor project milestones and progress
- Support facility operations by coordinating suppliers, managing deliveries, maintaining supplies, and ensuring the studio environment remains conducive to high-quality content creation
- Maintain flexibility and openness to take on additional projects as per business needs
