ABOUT THIS ROLE
You'll drive data-informed decision making for Audible's Creator Products team, transforming complex data into actionable insights that enhance our Text-to-Speech (TTS) and Audiobook Creation Exchange (ACX) platforms. You'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to optimize creator experiences and AI-enabled content that delight our customers and grow our business. Using your analytical expertise, you'll measure success, identify opportunities, and help shape our creator product strategy in an evolving generative AI landscape.

As an Analytics Manager, you will...
- Analyze complex datasets to drive improvements to our creator experiences and optimize AI-generated content performance
- Build comprehensive measurement frameworks for TTS and ACX platforms in a B2B business context
- Develop and optimize creator onboarding funnels to increase content production volume and efficiency
- Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards that track key metrics across creator journeys and platforms
- Design and implement performance measurement for AI-powered product features including translations and virtual voices
- Collaborate with research teams to understand customer perception of AI-generated content and identify improvement opportunities
- Communicate data insights clearly to cross-functional teams, from engineers to senior leadership

Basic Qualifications

- Master's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics or related field and two years of experience as an Analytics Manager, or related occupation; OR Bachelor's degree and five years of described experience
- Experience executing intermediate to advanced business analysis using multi-layered SQL queries
- Experience building intermediate to complex business models
- Experience distilling large datasets and translating data into actionable insights for digital media or content creation platforms
- Experience with data visualization software including Tableau
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AI/ML technologies, particularly generative AI, large language models, or voice synthesis solutions
- Experience building analytics solutions for creator platforms or AI-generated content
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and machine learning applications
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis methodologies
- Knowledge of creator behavior analytics and engagement metrics
- Experience working with text-to-speech technologies or audio production platforms
- Builder mentality with a passion for constructing scalable data solutions in emerging technology spaces
- Intellectual curiosity about what creates value for both creators and customers in AI-enhanced content experiences

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $89,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
