ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for a collaborative, data-driven Analytics Manager to lead our reporting and data quality capabilities with a focus on paid media marketing optimization. You will be responsible for building robust data pipelines, creating compelling Tableau dashboards, and partnering closely with data engineering teams to deliver automated reporting solutions that drive strategic decision-making for our stakeholders and leadership team. You will work directly with marketing stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve paid media efficiencies, develop comprehensive KPIs and scorecards, and ensure data accuracy across all reporting deliverables. You will manage our advertising agency for data deliverables that fuel our strategic models built in collaboration with data scientists. This role requires someone who can think strategically about automating and streamlining reporting processes while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
ABOUT YOU
You are an analytical self-starter with strong collaboration skills and sharp problem-solving abilities. You like to take ownership of data products from conception to delivery, work effectively with minimal oversight, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams. You are self-motivated and have a passion for accuracy, quality, and impact with high attention to detail. You think intentionally, develop insightful analysis, and communicate findings clearly across different audiences (technical vs. business, junior vs. senior). You have an intellectual curiosity for what drives the business, along with the aptitude and drive to learn new tools quickly.
As an Analytics Manager, you will...
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and automated reporting solutions to support paid media analytics and broader marketing operations
- Create and optimize Tableau dashboards and visualization tools that provide clear, actionable insights for marketing stakeholders and executive leadership
- Proactively identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve data accuracy and reliability
- Lead partnership with data engineering to establish robust data infrastructure and streamlined reporting processes
- Manage advertising agency to ensure data deliverables meet requirements
- Partner with data science and marketing teams to leverage media mix models and other advanced analytics solutions to guide media spend decisions globally
- Investigate key business trends and drivers through effective problem framing, data analysis, interpretation and visualization
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior executives
