ABOUT THIS ROLE
Creator success has driven Audible’s success since its founding, and our continuing mission is to empower creators with the tools to drive their own success across Audible and Amazon surfaces.
Audible is seeking a Principal Product Management – Tech leader to lead the development industry-leading AI technologies. This leader will work with Audible business partners across technology, content, marketing, and operations to define strategy, set outcomes, and iterate on their products. Your contributions will be highly visible and instrumental in hitting goals carried by Amazon's leadership team (S-Team).

As the Principal Product Manager - Tech, AI Technologies, you will...
- Lead and set the strategic vision and roadmap for a portfolio of AI capabilities, and influence strategy and roadmap for the products that utilize them
- Work closely with product and technology leaders within Audible, Amazon’s Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) organization to develop new capabilities and bring them to life
- Develop/refine the 3-year roadmap, keeping pace with industry evolution while directing day-to-day execution towards your strategic vision
- Collaborate closely with our content, marketing, and other team on policies, operations, and processes to ensure your capabilities drive adoption and ensure a great customer experience
- Serve as a voice of the creator community to deliver capabilities that the community loves
- Continuously improve your products and capabilities based on customer feedback, creator needs, and changing industry standards

Basic Qualifications

- 10+ years of work experience as a Product Manager
- Experience building highly technical, revenue-generating products that engage millions of users
- Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA or relevant experience
- The ability to build and lead complex products from inception to launch while coordinating and leading a large number of moving pieces across multiple functions
- Experience working in content or digital media
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills; the ability to manage with a broad set of internal and external stakeholders, including leadership at all levels
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Team player with the ability to work effectively in high-energy, rapidly changing environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
