ABOUT THIS ROLE
Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for an enthusiastic Working Student - Content Engagement to support our mission to enrich the lives of our customers with captivating entertainment and educational experiences. In this position, you will work closely with the global customer engagement team, as well as marketing, content and design teams, to ignite a passion for the next title discovery. You will work in the Global Customer Engagement Team across seven marketplaces (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan, India and Brazil), and gain valuable insights into the creation and evaluation of multi-channel marketing campaigns for audio content.

- You can work on operational tasks within a technical environment and are at ease with digital tools
- You are a self-starter, responsible with a hands-on approach
- You have good self-organization and a keen eye for detail
- You can manage tasks from start to finish and can work independently

As a Working Student - Content Engagement, you will...
- Support the creation of design briefings for our priority releases and provide the involved teams with assets, working closely with marketing, content and design teams
- Suggest, create and maintain title curation with help of our internal tools and databases
- Create analyses and reports to understand content campaign performance
- Support the monthly priority release promotion planning
- Document on campaigns
- Support approval coordination for multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Support the launch of our campaigns in App or Web page
- Provide general administrative and operational support to our daily business

Basic Qualifications

- You’re a full time student, enrolled in either your first state-accredited (staatlich anerkannt) Bachelor or Master in the Berlin/Brandenburg area, and have at least 1 year of studies left - Expected Graduation after September 2026
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- You are experienced in and comfortable working with the main Office software programs, such as Microsoft Office, on a daily basis (Excel and Power Point in particular)

Preferred Qualifications

- Business fluency in any of the following languages: French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish
- Affinity for books, audio books and media in general
- First experience with online marketing and/or campaign planning
- First experience or knowledge in project management
