ABOU THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Media Manager - APAC for the Acquisition Marketing team. The ideal candidate is a passionate and organized individual with a strong understanding of the APAC media landscape, an eye for detail and an analytical mindset. This role with work with the Director of Media -APAC and the local media agencies in India, Japan and Australia to deliver effective media plans to drive brand awareness and subscription growth in the region.

This role will also drive the budget tracking and reconciliation process, competitor research/tracking and and own reporting and analysis of Audible’s organic channels driving relevant initiatives to support organic channel growth.

Key job responsibilities
As the Senior Media Manager - APAC, you will...
  • Support the Director of Media -APAC to deliver brand media plans for India, Japan and Australia
  • Support Director of Media – APAC to recommend media budget and strategy to drive quarterly and yearly brand and growth objectives
  • Work with BI to understand the impact of Brand Media on growth
  • Own monthly budget reconciliation process with finance and coordinate the team to ensure clarity on Year To Date budget position.
  • Forecasting, reporting and analysis on organic channels with a specific focus on SEO and local management of SEO tech initiatives
  • Collaborate with Paid Media, Amazon, Winback, CX and brand teams to maintain a marketing initiatives calendar for each marketplace.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Significant experience planning and executing brand media plans
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Analytical experience with the ability to interpret data and explain insights clearly for their audience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong stakeholder management skills. A keen collaborator who has a track record of influencing and driving results through peers
  • Comfortable with technology, including the ability to understand key technical issues and their implications as well as to suggest alternative solutions
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities and manage time efficiently
  • Process orientated with the ability to optimize ways of working
