ABOUT THIS ROLE
Audible is looking for a results-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to lead the APAC Marketing Operations (MOPS) function and CRM tools acting as a key technical expert for the region. You will act as a key subject matter expert on Audible and Amazon MOPS tools and strategies, offering best practice guidance, operational and technical support to local channel managers across all 3 APAC services. You will also represent APAC as a senior contributor to the Global MOPS team. Goals will be centered on campaign execution, driving continual improvement in efficiency and efficacy, and optimization via the development and cross-marketplace roll out of new testing tools and approaches. You will be responsible for CRM and Promotions (customer offers) functions. You will liaise between Marketing teams in APAC, Business Intelligence, Technology and Product teams, and Amazon counterparts to ensure marketing operations run smoothly and are at the cutting edge of internal and external best practices.

ABOUT YOU
You should be a strong technical expert, both on QA methods and CRM automation, with extensive experience with QA tools, SQL, HTML coding and dynamic content.

As a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations APAC, you will...
  • Work with Marketing stakeholders and US based MOPs and product teams to define and execute on annual roadmap for the Marketing Operations function across the APAC region.
  • Lead planning, set-up, QA and debugging of promotions, emails and push notifications across the APAC region.
  • Create and maintain an intake and prioritization process for all marketing operations tasks across the APAC region to align with business objectives and goals.
  • Ensure alignment of execution plan with business objectives and KPIs.
  • Own QA process between business users, marketing operations and 3P agencies (as applicable) providing QA support for Audible.
  • Liaise between business stakeholders, Tech, Product, and international MOPS to build and prioritize roadmap for new feature development.
  • Serve as conduit between APAC marketers and international Marketing Operations teams to support design, development and updates of email templates.
  • Serve as single threaded owner of operational tools working as the SME to train users, capturing requirements for enhancements, partnering with global teams on prioritization, and supporting issue identification and resolution.
  • Own resolution of day-to-day issues with all CRM and promotion related tools.
  • Manage roll-out of new product features and enhancements for promotions and email setup across the APAC region.
  • Recruit and manage a small team of contractors across the APAC region.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in setting up and/or leading Marketing Operations functions.
  • Experience leading teams.
  • Experience with CRM tools and systems that can be leveraged to drive customer engagement - including but not limited to Adobe, Salesforce, Unica, Marketo, Exact Target, Braze, etc.
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional email and push marketing campaigns (including automated flows) from concept to completion; including testing, sending, and reporting.
  • Significant experience in QA processes and bugs troubleshooting, demonstrating clear success in processes creation and SLAs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in Jira or similar workflow management software.
  • E-commerce experience (including prior experience with membership- or subscription-based businesses in a B2B or B2C industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and work with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Experienced in leading highly complex projects and able to respond well to ambiguity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced time sensitive environment.
  • Demonstrated focused attention to detail.
  • Highly organized.
  • Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills – ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others.
