ABOUT THE ROLE
Based in Sydney, we are looking for an organized problem solver to fill this Recruiting Coordinator 12 month contract. In this role, you will support Recruiters in our APAC region through the end-to-end recruiting process. You will be involved in all the tasks that keep a recruiting team running - scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates and hiring managers, assisting with onboarding, and maintaining data. Above all else, you advocate for the candidate experience.
As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will...
- Schedule a high volume of candidate interviews
- Assist with opening and approving of new job requisitions
- Manage the communication with candidates for all aspects of the process
- Facilitate on-site interviews with the objective of enhancing candidate experience
- Ensure accurate record keeping of all recruiting activities in the applicant tracking system
- Act as a subject matter expert of TA process and regional recruiting operations
- Be responsible for documentation of all regionally specific processes, ensuring that all unique APAC processes, policies, templates, etc. are captured and current
- Provide immigration and relocation support in partnership with HR for new joiners
- Support employee onboarding in partnership with HR; including initial kick-off to HR, candidate + HM communications, and checking/correcting candidate profile errors
- Work directly with agencies for temp contractor hiring support
- Assist with additional recruiting responsibilities as needed
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates

Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years’ of human resources, recruiting coordination, or admin experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience at Amazon or subsidiaries
- Ability to work with various levels of internal and external customer
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and successfully resolve ambiguity
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
