ABOUT THE ROLE
As Brand and Content Marketing Manager your key objective is to support the development and delivery of impactful marketing and communication campaigns for the Audible India service spanning advertising, PR, communications, brand and talent collaborations to deliver business objectives.

You must be able to think strategically and act tactically, have incredibly high attention to detail, be recognized as an expert in communicating externally with customers to drive awareness, consideration, reaction and response, and internally with senior management and other key stakeholders to bring people with you and drive forward ideas.


Key job responsibilities
As a Brand & Content Mktg Manager, you will...
• Recommend local brand strategies, creative guidelines and positioning for Audible for our India customers in line with Audible global brand directives
• Recommend, execute and evolve mass marketing initiatives from media, brand partnerships, PR through to creative, across offline and online channels to build awareness and drive relevancy of the Audible service amongst prospective customers.
• Establish campaign-level tracking and analyse results on an ongoing basis to optimise results, and to evolve focus and campaigns for business needs.
• Recommend and schedule key titles to promote and market across the year to drive business objectives.
• Lead, develop recommendations, and implement go-to market plans for identified product and title launches across earned media and owned channels, coordinating and leading with internal teams, international teams, engaged agencies as well as identifying opportunities, optimizing throughout the campaign and reporting on learnings.
• Support budgets, financial reporting as well as post analysis for all campaign activations.
• Support broader business strategies across marketing, including but not limited to PR, social media and content.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders
• Proficiency in Hindi and English
• Direct experience of working on consumer brands, alongside brand consultancies, creative agencies and production firms (experience agencies, audio branding, etc.)
• Direct experience of delivering world-class and highly creative campaigns, identity executions and activations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communicator and compelling storyteller
• Experience presenting to and motivating action by senior leaders.
