Audible is a subsidiary of Amazon and we are now expanding our industry-leading membership offering by building an à la carte purchase model (aka Retail) for customers who prefer the flexibility of listening without a membership.
We are looking for an exemplary PM-T to join our multi-function Retail Category team. You will join a team of PM-Ts responsible for identifying and defining core shopping experiences on the Retail roadmap, inclusive of traffic drivers, detail page improvements, and offer-optimization models with the ultimate goals of driving near-term purchases and earning long-term customer trust. You will partner closely with marketing, tech, and purchase channel owners (mobile/web/app) to prioritize the most customer-centric set of Retail features and systems.

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will...
- Build an in-depth understanding of Audible Retail customer discovery, evaluation, and purchasing requirements and evaluate against existing capabilities at Audible and Amazon
- Manage a roadmap of activities that progressively address these requirements
- Track results against agreed KPIs and share learnings and future plans with relevant business functions
- Use data to drive difficult tradeoffs between competing priorities
- Work with teams across Strategy, Content, Finance, Marketing, and Technology to develop new ways to drive long-term customer value through pricing

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- B.A./B.S. or other 4-year degree
- 5+ years of work experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions and strategy related to a product
- Proven track record of working with multiple stakeholders from different job functions
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Highly analytical; able to use complex data to drive decisions
- Talented communicator and problem solver
- Highly motivated with ability to thrive in a fluid and demanding environment
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of SQL

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
