Job Summary

Good storytelling starts with great listening. At Audible, that means each role and every project has our audience in mind. Because the same people who design, develop, and deploy our products also happen to use them. To us, that speaks volumes.

As a member of the US Publisher Partnerships team, you will hold a multifaceted role that helps determine and execute Audible’s strategic initiatives concerning its content partners, including some of the world’s biggest publishers. You have proven decision-making, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with demonstrated ability to manage the business by the numbers. You have experience working collaboratively with external partners, managing relationships, negotiating, and helping execute new initiatives.

As a Specialist, US Publisher Partnerships, you will...

- Develop and evaluate deal structures and economics in partnership with stakeholders within Audible (Finance, Product, Content, Legal, Strategy, etc.)
- Negotiate terms for new distribution and content opportunities
- Coordinate with Deal Operations, Content Lifecycle, Royalties, and other groups to ensure successful implementation of deals
- Assist in the creation of reports and presentations for executives that communicate financial analysis, strategic perspective, and drive toward a recommendation
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support the department’s decision-making
- Monitor the competitive landscape to identify emerging areas of opportunity and potential risks
