As a member of Audible’s Global Insights and Data Science organization (with a dotted line to the VP of Global Social Media Marketing), you will use data to help inform the global social media team’s efforts in growing our social media community and voice around the world. In this role, you will prepare and present complex information to stakeholders and executives, surfacing actionable insights that help drive social media tactics and strategy. You will also be responsible for maintaining data hygiene on a global basis and creating the proper governance structure for global data reporting.

We are seeking a self-motivated and curious Social Media Marketing Insights Manager to help drive organic social marketing efforts through analytics and insights. You must be comfortable with balancing analytical thinking with tactical execution. As a Social Media Marketing Insights Manager, you will...
· Analyze and synthesize large, complex and often unstructured datasets from multiple social data sources to generate digestible and actionable insights that inform social strategy, tactics, content creation and business decisions.
· Creatively leverage data to proactively identify trends and opportunities for our brand globally.
· Own scalable reporting mechanism and propose relevant social marketing metrics, helping the global social media team to define the right KPIs to consistently improve.
· Drive monthly reporting cadence with global social media team and relevant business stakeholders.
· Own and manage the global data governance structure within social media data tools (eg. Sprinklr, Adobe).
· Deliver compelling executive presentations that build a narrative on the performance of our brand globally on social media through storytelling and impactful data visualization.
· Serve as a strategic thought partner to the organic social marketing team and support the VP, Global Social Media Marketing with insights and reporting to help drive overall organic social strategy.
· Collaborate with other members of the Global Insights and Data Science organization on projects that relate to organic social to connect the dots between organic global social media and business objectives.
· Support annual planning activities as needed.


· Bachelor's degree in quantitative field such as computer science, applied mathematics, economics (or equivalent professional experience).
· 3+ years of experience extracting insights from large, technical data sets, and communicating recommendations to varied audiences, including high-level management.
· 3+ years of experience visualizing data in Sprinklr, Tableau, Adobe.


· Experience with Sprinklr.
· Experience with social media metrics and analytics, including social listening and social media reporting.
· Experience using insights to drive strategic discussions with business leaders.
· Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams
· Genuine curiosity and proven ability to learn technical skills.
· Master’s degree in technical field such as computer science, applied mathematics, economics or similar (or equivalent professional experience)
· Practical experience with social tools and social listening tools
· Practical experience with techniques such as linear models, time series analysis/forecasting, classification
· Experience collaborating with data scientists, including basic understanding of machine learning techniques such as text-based analysis (NLP), supervised and unsupervised models such as KNN, K-means, random forests, GPT, and similar
