Social & Influencer Senior Manager, Audible Escape

Audible Escape is a new, female-focused US subscription service that offers unlimited access to a wide variety of love, romance and feel-good stories.

Serves as connective tissue between Acquisition, Paid Media, and Editorial in developing programs and communications that generate positive awareness of Escape, and result in trial and membership growth. Defines Escape’s social strategy, establishes social channels and programs Escape’s social media, coordinating with Audible’s Premium messaging. In coordination with Audible’s Content and PR teams, identifies celebrities, talent and influential audiences to work with, support and/or endorse Escape.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of work experience in social/digital marketing
Experience working with Social Influencers as part of a broader Marketing strategy
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
Passionate interest in the Romance Genre a plus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Authors and delivers Escape’s social strategy. Identifies and launches the ideal media channels for communication with members, recruits and the broader US audience that enjoys romantic comedies and love stories; the publishing cadence of brand-appropriate postings; and, the resources required for successful and ongoing execution
· Works closely with Paid Media team to ensure organic social content is in sync with paid efforts
· Monitors closed Romance Facebook group
· Develops and maintains a “friends of Escape” list containing celebrities, talent, and influential people who can work in a variety of capacities with Escape
· Monitors Escape’s social sentiment using syndicated tools
