We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager to guide the cross-functional team to deliver compelling offerings and an incredible experience for our customers. This role requires a combination of consumer product instinct and strategic thinking, operational excellence, a passion for results, and an attitude that anything is possible. The right candidate will thrive in a highly entrepreneurial, fast-changing, and collaborative environment where people are driven and enthusiastic problem-solvers. • Help craft strategic vision and product roadmaps in collaboration with leaders across the organization, driving tradeoff decisions in service of shared goals.
  • Evangelize the product vision and proactively communicate priorities with cross-functional partners, showcasing a deep understanding of how your roadmap is benefiting customers and the business.
  • Work hand in hand with the Product and Tech teams with a bias for action to deliver new, innovative experiences and benefits for customers.
  • Write and communicate functional requirements, partnering with various product, marketing, UX and insights stakeholders. Use lean development tools, like experimentation and rapid prototyping, to drive teams towards strategic product decisions.

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience building consumer-facing products.
  • Experience leading complex teams and products through launch.
  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Experience in a subscription and/or multi-tier consumer business.
  • Passion for creative and/or media businesses.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communications skills; the ability to manage with a broad set of internal stakeholders, including leadership.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Team player with the ability to work effectively in high-energy, rapidly evolving organization.
  • MBA degree.
