ABOUT THE ROLE
Audible is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help drive product strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement for its Creator Experience Systems.

This team member is a key player at the intersection of business and technology, supporting the growth of Audible through the successful management of vital operational systems. This team member will interact with external partners and internal users, as well as interface with groups across Audible and Amazon as a whole.

The product manager will collaborate closely with Creators, and internal business teams to improve and modernize our systems and processes. In this specific role, the Senior Product Manager will focus on the modernization of Audible’s Content Value Chain. These are the systems that support Content Acquisition, Rights Management, Content Production, Content Management, and Creator Services. This professional will rapidly refine clear scope and project requirements as well as question assumptions and identify issues where appropriate. They proactively identify and raises project risks. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter with strong communication skills. You will have deep technology understanding, strong product-oriented thinking, and demonstrate a passion for building value for external partners, internal stakeholders, and end-users.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will...
· Help drive the product strategy and vision for Audible’s Content Value Chain to serve the needs of our rapidly growing global business.
· Perform product management functions with regular oversight and direction from their manager. Escalate most issues when they arise
· Build and cultivate relationships with stakeholders. Proactively manage expectations.
· Assist team Product Managers, helping to manage roadmaps, collaborates closely with development teams on execution to deliver global products, and manages expectations with all relevant stakeholders.
· Use data to drive product decisions, targeting metrics for success and measuring results against them.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· BA/BS required, MBA or Master's degree is a plus
· Minimum of 2 years related product management experience (content, reporting, royalties, or financial payment systems a plus)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience with agile and lean product management methodology and best practices.
· Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position
