ABOUT THIS ROLE
Audible is seeking a proactive, articulate and enthusiastic individual for the role of Senior Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP). This position will report to a Senior HR Business Partner Leader within the Global HRBP and Employee Relations (ER) team and will play a vital role in guiding and supporting leaders and employees, specifically related to Audible’s People & Places strategy and programs.

As a Senior Human Resource Business Partner, you will...
- Partner with Senior HR Business Partner Leader and respective parts of the organization to support relevant global business functions and People & Places to build rapport, develop and execute people strategies and deliver results
- Significantly influence org design and effectiveness with HR and managers to assess and align team structures and people processes to business goals/strategy
- Serve as trusted advisor across various stakeholders and support across all levels of the organization, in person and remote, across various geographies and time zones and skillsets (Finance, Marketing, Product Marketing, Business Development, Growth)
- Oversee sensitive employee relations issues directly with Senior HR Business Partner Leader, ER and Legal to manage performance issues timely and thoughtfully
- Foster and contribute to coaching & development focus to improve/enhance team effectiveness with day-to-day advice and counsel and continuous feedback
- Use qualitative and quantitative data and methods to Identify patterns, trends and risks internally and externally to keep leaders informed and influence action supporting retention, engagement and strategic opportunities to delight our most valuable asset, our people
- Apply business knowledge to inform and influence HR Center of Excellence
- Oversee and facilitate talent and compensation processes across multiple businesses
- Partner with leadership and Diversity & Inclusion (Spectrum & Belonging at Audible) team to ensure talent metrics are achieved (i.e. retention, diversity, etc.), and we have in place the programs that demonstrate our commitment to being an inclusive workplace where the full spectrum of talent can thrive
- Acts as change agent to business through process design and approaches that support growth, change and transformation

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role and/or HR Program Manager role that is business facing, preferably in a high tech environment supporting large businesses
- 5+ years experience working with global teams, driving organizational change initiatives, and developing talent management plans for a global organization
- 8+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role and/or HR Program Manager role that is business facing, preferably in a high tech environment supporting large businesses

- Detail oriented and thrive in a high-pressure environment and able to manage multiple simultaneous priorities
- Successfully managed large-scale projects and developed high-impact programming including Diversity & Inclusion (D&I)
- Experience working with global teams and geographies, 500+ team members
- Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze quantitative data and understand the key metrics (demographics, attrition/retention rate, pipeline, mobility) in order to communicate insights, ideas, tell stories, drive decisions and measure the impact
- Proven ability and experience working seamlessly across multiple stakeholders and/or businesses with a variety of personalities and functional disciplines
- Proven ability to think creatively around D&Is application to HR, business units, and organizational business priorities
- Demonstrated experience communicating effectively while maintaining emotional intelligence to solve various problems
- Ability to work across multiple systems including Workday, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
