As Senior Director, Program Management, you will establish and scale a new, strategic program management function. You are a change agent with deep experience in launching and growing SaaS products, structuring and executing scaled agile, and working in customer-obsessed organizations. In this role you will play a pivotal role in transforming, driving, and scaling our product delivery by spearheading new ways of working, aligning Audible functional leaders, ensuring rigorous alignment and prioritization across product team’s roadmaps, and maximizing customer impact.

As a Senior Director, Program Management, you will...
· Create a new, scalable Program Management function and team across the Product Management organization.
· Evolve and drive the large-scale, Audible-wide planning process, standards, and forums, including rigorous issue management and resolution.
· Spearhead complex, strategic launches globally.
· Develop and rollout a full lifecycle playbook including rigorous prioritization, planning, and launch readiness in collaboration with our Technology, Analytics, Content, and Finance teams.
· Actively look for continuous improvement opportunities with senior leaders and across functions and processes.
· Help identify and ultimately lead special projects across the Product organization.
· Work closely with key functional partners including Technical Program Management, Product Marketing, Content, and Finance.
· Build trust and collaborative working relationships with key business partners.
· Effectively communicate about initiatives, plans, and challenges with Audible associates at all levels.


· 10+ years of digital program management experience with a proven track record of successful delivery and transformation.
· Experience in change management at a large scale.
· Expert with JIRA/Confluence toolsets with various plugins.
· Experience creating and tracking processes in a scaled agile environment and in support of a multi-program portfolio.
· Understanding of SaaS business models
· Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant area of study.


· MBA.
· Ability to identify trends and “tell the story” behind large amounts of data.
· Demonstrated customer obsession and excellent expectation-management abilities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically targeted to a senior leadership audience.
· Proven record of innovation and thought leadership to build new tools and processes.
· Solid interpersonal skills and able to effectively organize and communicate with cross functional teams.
· Understanding of the software development lifecycle, strategic planning, and program planning.
