As a Senior Client Lead Recruiter, you'll work with Hiring Managers and an exceptional team of Recruiting Sourcers and Coordinators to attract and hire the brightest and the best talent for a variety of Technology roles. We have a collaborative team environment and a strong customer obsessed culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to internal customers and candidates. As Senior Client Lead Recruiter, your focus will be to hire top talent across a variety of Technology roles that may include Software Engineers and Software Development Managers. You’ll serve as a primary recruiting point of contact for the business, and have significant influence and impact over the delivery of recruiting services to our customers.

You are able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs. You thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, work hard, have fun, and get the job done. You draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners. You have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, client & account management, and organization. You possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize your time, demonstrate push back and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.

As a Senior Client Lead Recruiter, you will...
  • Partner with hiring managers and required stakeholders to generate, close and hire talent.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine-tuning standard processes.
  • Conduct in-depth screening of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios.
  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing strategies which target diverse candidate channels and assess candidates for fit and motivation rather than simply selling a role.
  • Continually contribute to the knowledge base of the group and Audible, as a whole, by providing education on relevant industries and talent pools/profiles.
  • Coach leaders to continuously improve their talent acquisition capabilities.
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives as needed.


  • 5+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience, including full life cycle recruiting for Technology roles.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree, or equivalent experience.


  • Passion for audiobooks!
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
  • Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
  • Experience in running sourcing events.
  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships both internal and external.
  • Possession of strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
