We are seeking an up-and-coming Analyst who can oversee our survey operations. We regularly seek feedback from consumers to understand which concepts, talent, and trends they might want to listen to next. In this role, you will lead our efforts to coordinate numerous studies across multiple marketplaces so that the team can deliver timely findings to help guide the business to the next best listen. This will involve programming and quality checking survey set-up, monitor data collection and clean-up, as well coordinating timelines both within the team, and across the business.

This role will be temporarily remote until our return to office date, at which time we will use our Hub+Home model. Our Hub+Home hybrid model provides flexibility to do our best work in the way that works best - maximizing the benefits of both work from hub and home. The Global Content Research team partners with our creative colleagues to help them understand the consumer’s needs and to guide the business as to what they would want to listen to next. The Global Content Research team is building a forward-facing framework so that we can identify the best opportunities for Audible Originals & Exclusives. We are seeking to fill a new role for a person who will oversee all of our survey operations and ensure we’re delivering the very best consumer data to guide the business.

You have solid organizational and project management skills to keep our studies on track. You are skilled at collaborating across different cross-functional teams and global marketplace teams. You strike a balance in negotiating timelines to ensure data is delivered on-time while keeping the bar high for data quality.

You’re a resourceful self-starter. You get energized when faced with new hurdles and obstacles to overcome. Again, you have the right balance in knowing how to problem-solve independently, but also know when to bring new challenges to light.

You have a passion for customer insight and analysis and imagining ways to integrate 1st and 3rd party data sources.

You are developing strong research and analytical skills.

You have strong verbal and written communication skills. You’re clear in what you say and write and are proactive in collaborating and finding a path forward.

You have the ability to work in a high-energy environment with rapidly evolving business needs.

You are a strong and clear advocate for the consumer and for steering research to deliver impact to the global business.

As a Research Partner, you will...
· Oversee all of the team’s survey-testing needs. This will involve survey-programming, pre-testing, and post-data collection and clean-up. You will coordinate testing logistics with both internal and external partners, and will support other team members for their consumer survey data needs.


· Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, or similar.
· Experience with online survey platforms.
· 2+ years’ experience relevant for this role.


· Developing skills with SPSS, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools such as SQL.
