ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Program Manager, Tech Business Strategy & Ops will help navigate developers to execute projects in a timely manner, directly support and enable Senior Director, Tech Business Management, in operationalizing a value, flow and quality framework across Tech, Product/UX and Product Marketing teams, in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. You'll drive cross-functional initiatives in support of the Tech organization, leading by influence and without direct authority. You will drive a regular operating rhythm across the Tech organization translating Audible strategy into operational initiatives, and operationalizing data and insights frameworks which connect meaningfully to strategic priorities.

As a Program Manager, you will...
  • Be part of a team overseeing multiple Technology Oriented projects.
  • Be engaged with both Technical and non-technical executives.
  • Provide and prepare project briefings and executive summary’s.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of experience in a combination of digital media leadership or management consulting, operations, strategy, consulting or an equivalent field. This role requires past experience working directly with senior leaders.
  • Prior hands-on experience in the areas of planning and process, product and/or financial planning and strategy execution.
  • Experience writing strategy documents for executive audiences with clear recommendations in the midst of ambiguity.
  • Experience and comfort around using quantitative data and metrics to communicate ideas.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Math or related fields.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work seamlessly with a variety of personalities and functional disciplines. Ability to build relationships with cross-functional colleagues.
  • Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal); can succinctly and clearly communicate, and are able to produce documents and presentations that are ready for leadership review.
  • Self-starter attitude and ability to rapidly build support and trust with across business functions.
  • Deep understanding of and interest in the digital media content landscape, particularly audio.
  • MBA or equivalent graduate degree

The base pay range for this position is $81,600 - $112,200 / year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
