We are seeking a Manager for Operations & New Business Strategy on our app marketing team. You will be responsible for creating and executing campaigns primarily for the iOS OS across various CMS platforms and actively strategizing to drive conversion and early engagement for prospects in the Audible apps. You will work and coordinate with other marketing teams in addition to Product Management, User Experience, Creative & Brand, and Technology.

You are highly organized, self-driving, and have a passion for leveraging data that will inform strategies to optimize conversion and drive early member retention. As a Mobile Marketing Manager, you will...
· Build and launch A/B tests and seasonal campaigns using Audible’s CMS and CRM tools.
· Develop and implement conversion-marketing strategies (A/B testing and multivariate) that will drive the conversion of prospects to subscribers.
· Own, drive, reporting on key metrics related to the acquisition of new prospects.
· Others as defined by evolving business needs for a rapidly growing app business.
· Own Push and email contact strategies for the channel.
· Work with Product Management and Dev to deliver requirements and release new functionality to further the app acquisition channel.
· Work with cross-functional Marketing partners to ensure a consistent end-to-end customer experience.
· Develop and implement new Marketing strategies based on changing business priorities.


· 5+ years of work experience in app marketing, across iOS and Android platforms.
· Experience using Content Management Systems and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JSON.
· AB and Multivariate testing experience using platforms such as Adobe Target, Apptimize and Optimizely.
· Strong experience in conversion, engagement and retention marketing throughout different portions of the lifecycle.
· Experience personalizing the app experience by identifying and building out new customer segments.


· Proven ability in synthesizing and interpreting data and customer insights into successful marketing strategies.
· Strong strategy and analytics skills, with an advanced understanding of success metrics.
· Strong creative sensibilities and an aptitude to always look at marketing communications through the eyes of the customer.
· Highly organized, excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
· MBA or graduate degree.
· Conversion and retention marketing experience in a membership model business.
· Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, such as Kochava, Adobe Analytics and Tableau.
· Experience working with various cross-functional partners (Technology, Creative, User Experience, Media Planning) to develop assets and plans for optimization.
