As the Outbound Marketing Manager for acquisition, you will dive deep into data to understand the right prospective customers to target, when, and with what messages to drive sign-ups to Audible. You’ll work with direction from acquisition leads, but with autonomy to set up programmes to grow Audible’s engagement with these audiences over time.

Key job responsibilities
As a Outbound Marketing Manager, you will:
  • Determine optimal segmentation for our prospect audiences, leveraging Audible and Amazon data signals and working closely with our data science teams.
  • Refine appropriate cadences of communications through these segments and across their lifecycle.
  • Determine the right messaging and offers for customers at different stages.
  • Launch Outbound campaigns in a programme of continuous testing and improvement in close collaboration with operational teams.
  • Report on performance and progress of this programme.

A day in the life


  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Significant experience in a CRM or Email Marketing role.


  • Highly analytical approach.
  • Detail orientated with strong organizational and communication skills and a proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results.
  • Strong analytical capability and a solid understanding of success metrics.
  • Be a talented communicator and problem solver.
  • Ability to work in a high–energy, high intensity and rapidly evolving environment.
  • Be highly motivated with ability to thrive in a fluid and demanding environment.
  • A background in digital content and / or membership based businesses.
  • A passion for culture and for technology.
  • A knowledge of SQL.
