ABOUT THIS ROLE
You will execute strategies to grow membership and an engaged subscriber base by working with the Online Marketing Manager, agencies and partners to drive new customer acquisition via App and Web journeys within spend efficiency goals. You are a highly analytical self-starter with 3 years marketing experience and some experience of managing significant budgets within online performance marketing channels. As an Online Marketing Specialist, you will...
  • Drive new member subscriptions for Audible UK from Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic Display, under the guidance of the Online Marketing Manager.
  • Work to deliver against customer acquisition and profitability goals.
  • Monitor spend and devise ways of spending more efficiently.
  • Provide and support thorough analysis of the channel’s impact, both in terms of transactional and incremental value.
  • Work closely with third party agencies and partners day to day in order to deliver against goals.
  • Report on progress against goals and other relevant metrics to Online Marketing Manager.
  • Implement and continually test creative and messaging to support campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to meet objectives and budgets.
  • Make proactive recommendations of new opportunities to expand Audible’s online marketing efforts.
  • Understand and support for internal measurement and data protection processes.
  • Raise and track finance purchase order process for paid media channels.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Solid experience in Paid Search, Paid Social and understanding of Programmatic Display.
  • Analytical experience and a passion for metrics.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to operate in a high-energy, high-intensity and rapidly evolving environment.
  • Solid organizational and project management skills.
  • Passion for books and / or digital entertainment.
  • Knowledge of Third Party tracking and measurement solutions and frameworks (pixels and SDKs).
  • An understanding of subscription models and web and app technologies.
