ABOUT THIS ROLE
As the Mobile App Install and acquisition specialist, you will execute mobile app acquisition strategies and other growth projects such as CDP launch to grow membership and an engaged subscriber base by working with the Online Marketing Manager, agencies and partners to drive new customer acquisition via app journey within spend efficiency goals. You will be a highly analytical self-starter with 3 years mobile marketing experience and some experience of Paid Social and CDPs but not required. Some experience of managing significant budgets within app marketing disciplines is preferable. This position reports to the Online Marketing Manager, Acquisition. This position is initially open through a 18-month contract.

As a MAI Specialist, you will...
- Support the Online Marketing Manager in the growth of mobile marketing channels for Audible.co.uk, including Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Paid Social and Programmatic Display mobile strategies against customer acquisition and profitability goals.
- Monitor spend and devise ways of spending more efficiently.
- Provide and support thorough analysis of the channel’s impact, both in terms of transactional and incremental value.
- Work closely with third party agencies and partners day to day in order to deliver against goals.
- Report on progress against goals and other relevant metrics to Online Marketing Manager.
- Implement and continually test creative and messaging to support campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to meet objectives and budgets.
- Proactive recommendations of new opportunities to expand Audible’s app marketing efforts.
- Understand and support internal measurement and data protection processes.
- Support the Director, Acquisition Marketing with key growth projects in launching TikTok campaigns and setting up a CDP.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Paid Social and Programmatic Display mobile campaigns
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics
- Ability to operate in a high-energy, high-intensity and rapidly evolving environment
- Solid organizational and project management skills
- Passion for books and / or digital entertainment
- Knowledge of Third Party tracking and measurement solutions and frameworks (SDKs)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
