Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for a Working Student (Werkstudent*in) - Online Marketing EU (CRO/Conversion Rate Optimization). You will support us in the enhancement and development of our websites, apps and landing pages for marketing traffic and marketing campaigns. You will receive insights in hypothesis-driven A/B testing, user research and landing page optimization.
ABOUT YOU
You have a general understanding of e-commerce, online marketing and/or user experience (UX). An analytical understanding as well as basic understanding of HTML/CSS and attention to detail complete the skill set. These skills will help you participating in exciting A/B test cases from the planning phase until the final evaluation.

An analytical understanding as well as basic understanding of HTML/CSS and attention to detail complete the skill set. These skills will help you participating in exciting A/B test cases from the planning phase until the final evaluation.
As a Working Student Online Marketing/ CRO, you will...
- Ideate A/B test hypothesis.
- Analyse and initiate qualitative and quantitative insights to gather testing ideas.
- Plan and execute A/B tests across the Audible Website, our apps and on Amazon to increase the conversion funnel performance.
- Evaluate and document test performances and recommend follow-up measures.
- Setup and maintain content via our CMS (Content Management System).
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- You must be enrolled in a first-degree study course (1st Bachelor or 1st Master) at a Berlin or Brandenburg university to fulfill the working student criteria.
- Fluency in English. Italian, French, German or Spanish are a plus.
- First knowledge of A/B testing and web analytics.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to communicate with different stakeholders such as global counterparts, marketing teams, product and design.
- You are eager to gain new knowledge and learn new tools independently.
- You are able to work self-dependently and in a structured and reliable manner.
- You already worked with a CMS or know basic HTML.
