Job Summary

Good storytelling starts with great listening. At Audible, that means each role and every project has our audience in mind. Because the same people who design, develop, and deploy our products also happen to use them. To us, that speaks volumes.

You’ll be part of our Recruiting Team in Berlin. The team sources and screens candidates, plans and conducts on-site interviews and prepares job offers across all our EU marketplaces. You will be part of a highly motivated team in which having fun is as much as important as finding and hiring the best talents. To be successful in this role, you bring a passion for connecting people combined with a can-do attitude.

As a Working Student in Recruitment Coordination, you will...
- Support the interview scheduling for full time positions
- Partner with the recruiters in our team and the interviewers from various departments to ensure a smooth and engaging process for both – the hiring team and the candidates
- Work together with the team, continuously identify, develop and crystallize improvement opportunities and occasionally work on additional projects like Employer Branding, Recruitment Reporting etc.
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates
- Ensure accurate record keeping of all recruiting activities in the applicant tracking system
