Job Summary

Based in Berlin, Audible is looking for a motivated and committed Working Student - Acquisition Marketing (Italy). In this position you will support the Italian marketing team with the acquisition of new customers through marketing campaigns on Amazon.it, learning to efficiently use a variety of online marketing tools and executing diverse processes. You especially take ownership in creating engaging marketing campaigns, analyzing the results and documenting our performance metrics on a weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities:
· You will be responsible for creating online marketing campaigns and banners for desktop, mobile and email; you actively participate in the marketing campaign planning.
· You will be responsible to manage and test new marketing activities on Echo devices to increase the customer engagement.
· You schedule online campaigns in the Amazon Content Management System and in collaboration with Amazon colleagues from variety of teams.
· You work closely together with graphic designers and content team to ensure enhancing and engaging content for our marketing campaigns.
· You collaborate with international college to share best practices and to find synergies.
· You systematically gather and analyze the results of the marketing activities and use this knowledge to improve the future campaigns

Basic Qualifications

· You are fluent, both written and spoken, in Italian and English.
· You are able to take ownership and work independently, have an eye for details, and work in a structured and qualitative manner.
· You have proficient PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and enjoy learning to use new computer tools and functions and gain experiences in online marketing.
· You are a full time student, enrolled in either your first state-accredited (staatlich anerkannt) Bachelor or Master in the Berlin/Brandenburg area and have at least 1 year of studies left.

Preferred Qualifications

· First experience with working with content management systems and HTML.

Our offer:
· Student position for 20h per week
· Compensated with €14 per hour
· Contribution on the long-run (ideally 1 to 2 years) as a fully-fledged team member
