Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for a SEO Manager EU. You will play a key role in in site auditing, keyword research, competitive analysis, link profile development and content marketing. In this position, you will be part of our Acquisition Marketing team for the EU region and collaborate extensively with our EU and International Search team to develop and execute new strategies.

About this role
Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for a SEO Manager EU. You will play a key role in in site auditing, keyword research, competitive analysis, link profile development and content marketing. In this position, you will be part of our Acquisition Marketing team for the EU region and collaborate extensively with our EU and International Search team to develop and execute new strategies.
This position is initially open through a 24- months contract.
As a SEO Manager, you will...
- Proactively identify on-page SEO opportunities across 4 marketplaces (4 languages).
- Perform comprehensive Content Site Audits highlighting both structural and content-led opportunities.
- Work with the Editorial & Campaign team to determine keyword content opportunities and ensure timely delivery and publishing of new content.
- Own performance monitoring reports and KPIs.
- Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in each of our marketplace.
- Work with the US Central team to ensure that EU priorities are recognized and prioritized.
- Manage agencies & freelancers who assist with content creation and design.
- Implement SEO best practices, including customer-facing and cross-functional projects.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experienced in search engine optimization.
- Experienced in industry-standard SEO software (e.g SEMrush, SISTRIX) and standard web crawlers such as ScreamingFrog.
- Proficiency with Analytics packages (Adobe & Google), Google Search Console, HTML and CSS.
- You are fluent in English and at least in one of our marketplace languages DE, FR, IT or ES.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven track record assuming ownership, moving quickly to implement ideas without losing attention to detail, and delivering results in a fast-paced online environment.
- You are ahead of trends and like to positively contribute to company-wide knowledge sharing and engaging with stakeholders to determine optimal SEO improvements globally.
- Additional experience in Paid Search.
- Understanding of SEO for JavaScript and relevant frameworks such as React and Angular.
