Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for a Publisher Relations Coordinator – IT/ES. You will support and assist the process of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, initiating and conducting negotiations for audiobook acquisitions, with a focus on Italian and Spanish language content.
You will be responsible for a wide variety of relationships, assisting negotiations, catalogue performance of our European audiobook publishing vendors, to help delivering the leading spoken word catalogue for our Italian and Spanish audiences.

About this role
Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for a Publisher Relations Coordinator – IT/ES. You will support and assist the process of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, initiating and conducting negotiations for audiobook acquisitions, with a focus on Italian and Spanish language content.
You will be responsible for a wide variety of relationships, assisting negotiations, catalogue performance of our European audiobook publishing vendors, to help delivering the leading spoken word catalogue for our Italian and Spanish audiences.

As a Publisher Relations Coordinator IT/ES, you will...
- Be the interface between the Content Operations, Deal Operations, Legal, Finance and Production departments in order to draft and implement new processes and build best practices for IT/ES.
- Coordinate the streamline of the monthly IT/ES releases.
- Support the team regarding the execution of the new content acquisition strategy – especially with all administrative and coordinative tasks referring to this – in IT / ES as well as harmonizing within the EU team.
- Support synchronizing and executing the strategy for acquiring, producing and releasing public domain titles in IT/ES.
- Manage temporary initiatives that are assigned to you, collaborate closely with the local European and global Audible teams to foster synergies and efficiencies across our Publisher Relations efforts to serve our European audiences and publishers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional Degree (JD, MBA, M.A., M.S., or other post-graduate degree) in relevant field.
- Relevant experience in international intellectual property rights licensing businesses (preferable from the wider media, television, film or computer game industry).
- Negotiation experience in Italian, Spanish and English.
- Strong communication skillset, with the ability to effectively communicate complex deal terms in a convincing and simple manner.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to operate in a high-energy, high-intensity and rapidly evolving environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly, calm and business goal orientated, also in difficult negotiations and under narrow timelines.
- Willingness to travel internationally for business.
