The Product Marketing Lead EU will drive key customer journey initiatives in the EU region, will be responsible for new feature launches and for improving the way our customers enjoy spoken-word entertainment from Audible.

As a Product Marketing Lead, you will...
  • Be responsible for new product launches and adopting initiatives from our global product roadmap locally.
  • Identify new initiatives that drive our growth along the entire customer journey, collaborating with all relevant marketing teams.
  • Translate insights into products and experiences that customers love, develop the communication strategy and oversee the implementation of the go-to-market plan.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams on the tracking and evaluation of all initiatives you drive.
  • Liaise between product and local teams to provide visibility on incoming features and channel feedback back into product teams.
  • Define the success metrics of a project and work with data teams in how to report them.
  • Support business cases for several initiatives; you generate customer and marketplace insights, collaborating with local and international Research, Business Intelligence, and Data Science teams.


  • Professional Degree (Bachelors’ degree, MBA, M.A., M.S., or another post-graduate degree).
  • 7+ years in product management with a strong marketing focus, or coming from the marketing side, you have worked closely with product and research departments on the introduction of new features and products.
  • Experience in developing business cases and go-to-market plans and a strong track-record of leading product launches.
  • Business fluency in written and verbal English.


  • Business fluency in additional European languages is a plus.
  • You are customer obsessed and like to think outside the box, imagining and inventing solutions for our customers before they ask. You have a very good understanding of current trends in digital media and product landscape.
  • You love solving problems, turn them into creative concepts and compelling marketing collateral to drive adoption and understanding of new product features.
  • You are a versatile professional, able to think of all the different touch points of a product: target audience fit, wider value proposition, UX, key messaging, and go-to-market plans.
  • You are very hands-on, demonstrate great ownership and have the skill to execute fast, with a strong analytical mindset and a perspective for the bigger picture.
  • You love analyzing data and turning multiple angles of data into consumer and business insights. You understand key business metrics and like to forecast the potential impact of a new feature on these.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • You have great communications skills, both written and spoken and are able to influence multifunctional and multi-level stakeholders.
