You, as the Performance/Growth Marketing Coordinator (Mobile) EU (m/f/x) will work in a high-performance marketing team that sets new standards for mobile marketing across Europe. You will drive both customer acquisition and engagement for Audible in the EU region and will have the space to develop your professional skills and experience.

The position is initially open through a 24 months contract.

You have a demonstrated ability to execute effective online marketing strategies in collaboration with our agency, test and launch new marketing programs, partner with internal teams, measure results and optimize for impact and accelerated growth.

As a Performance/Growth Marketing Coordinator (Mobile) EU (m/f/x), you will...
  • Support customer acquisition through mobile performance media – inclusive of implementing campaign execution, creating, analyzing and optimizing campaigns for specific partners and networks.
  • Always lookout for new growth opportunities (new channels, new markets).
  • Support scaling our EU mobile growth strategy while improving efficiency and evaluating the effectiveness of mobile acquisition initiatives for the Audible apps.
  • Support the continued improvement of tracking and attribution of paid mobile apps traffic and events.
  • Coordinate and manage agency activities for specific channels within MAI & Display.
  • Have knowledge around experimentation and testing, following and further developing testing roadmaps and prioritize tests that will deliver the highest outcome.
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations to increase incremental conversions for all performance sub-channels.
  • Collaborate with brand, technical, business, data science and design teams within Audible, as well as building relationships with external stakeholders and agencies for access to beta/alpha programs, insights, different ways to scale the business.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business studies, marketing or another related field.
  • First Performance Marketing expertise (1+ years) with proven track record in a performance oriented and data-driven eCommerce business, with profound campaign management experience (Google AC, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok etc) and an eye on current trends.
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must, SQL knowledge.
  • Business fluency in written and verbal English.


  • Basic proficiency in statistic and Tableau.
  • Additional European languages ability (especially French or Spanish).
  • Strong drive for execution and delivering results.
  • An ambitious self-starter with excellent follow-through skills to develop ideas and thrive in fast-paced environment.
  • Good analytical skills; bias towards decision making based on data.
  • Knowing the appropriate analysis tools for web (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and App (Apps Flyer, Adjust, Kochava).
  • Excellent time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong affinity for internet and mobile technology.
  • Enjoying a number-driven environment.
