As an EU Marketing Campaign Manager, you will...
- Lead all campaign operations for EU wide brand and content campaigns including global campaign localization for EU. Responsible for designing and reviewing and maintaining optimal processes, workflows, documentation and briefing templates to enable smooth functioning
- Ensure projects are fulfilled within set strategic frame, budget and timing whilst also transparently tracking this information for internal stakeholders
- Be the primary person of contact for all other teams involved. For eg: this would include marketing teams, content operations, legal, finance and product on an EU and/or a global level, content operations, content production, product , finance, legal and customer service teams
- Own cross-team collaboration at a regular cadence to review milestones, risks, strategic alignments. Managing reporting information streams by relevancy, recency and priority.
- Actively collaborate across teams to remove roadblocks that may put project delivery at risk, across workstreams
- Recommend and set up projects on the right tools (such as Jira or Confluence) to ensure information transparency and project tracking
- Support marketing planning and goal setting across channels for global/EU wide campaigns for EU marketplaces
- Own campaign and process retrospectives to further optimize and make our ways of working more efficient
- Coordinate global requests on local content marketing including requests on title and marketing information, creatives, campaign details etc.
- Be the POC for all marketing campaigns and agency information such as timelines, budgets, contracts, etc.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Professional Degree (Bachelors’ degree, MBA, M.A., M.S., or another post-graduate degree).
- Demonstrated experience of running effective and efficient cross-channel, cross-country launches, projects or campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience of working in an interface role working with internal and external stakeholders from different levels e.g. project manager, coordinator or creative manager
- Deep knowledge of campaign planning and execution, using Project Management tools. In depth knowledge of tools like JIRA, confluence, tableau is a must.
- Experience with Tableau or other data visualization and reporting tools
- Experience working in Jira or similar project/workflow management software

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with a large-scale digital /ecommerce/entertainment company, preferably with a subscription based business model in B2B or B2C set ups
- Well organized, with a keen eye for details. Data-driven mindset.
- German language knowledge is a plus, aside from other European languages such as Italian, Spanish and French
- Basic understanding of performance marketing, CRM is a plus.
