About this role
Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for a CRO Manager EU. You will be working within Audible’s EU Marketing team. You will be responsible to convert interested visitors into happy listeners. Within this position you will work closely with the EU acquisition team and the global product teams to improve the user journey for millions of users interested in audiobooks in Europe. Your work to improve the conversion funnel performance is crucial for our ability to grow the business and making it easier for these users to enjoy moments of inspiration through outstanding stories.

This position is initially open through a 24- months contract.

As a CRO Marketing Manager, you will...
  • Define and execute a CRO roadmap based on user insights, the business vision, CRO best practice, Audible international testing key learnings and analytics.
  • Ideate A/B test hypothesis in line with strategic goals to drive the testing roadmap.
  • Analyse and initiate qualitative and quantitative insights to gather testing ideas and define priorities.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests across the Audible Website, our apps and on Amazon to increase the conversion funnel performance.
  • Evaluate and document test performances and recommend follow-up measures.
  • Work closely with the global CRO teams, the brand team and designers as well as with external agencies to create user focused A/B test concepts. Continuously improve internal CRO workflows and processes related to the roadmap and backlog.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • + 5 years’ experience in the online marketing or product management field with a proven track record of successfully executing and evaluating tests to optimize the online conversion funnel performance.
  • A profound understanding of UX, usability and design.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g. Adobe Target or Optimizely), Content Management Systems (CMS) and web analytics tool (e.g. Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics).
  • Fluent in English and ideally in at least one other major European language.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Good communication skills towards different stakeholders such as global counterparts, marketing teams, product and design.
  • Basic understanding of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JS.
