ABUT THIS ROLE
You, as the Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager EU (m/f/d) will drive growth in our affiliate marketing channels and will develop and drive relationships with business partners across the affiliate networks and influencers’ agencies to meet goals. You will own all aspects of the affiliate/influencers channel, from strategy to partners’ management, negotiations to reporting, analysis and optimizations. You will be a member of the Audience Acquisition team and will work closely with partners across the business on strategic alignment.

As a Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager EU (m/f/d), you will...
· Drive our affiliate activities across EU and build up and expand a performance-based influencer channel.
· Recruit new partners based on the business strategy, expand existing affiliate networks and build up influencer relationships to drive performance.
· Test and learn frequently, analyse and optimize performance to maximise the budget you own.
· Own weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
· Create promotions and offers for our publishers aligned with business strategy.
· Write briefing for assets and work closely with the brand team to ensure our brand-compliance on all platforms.
· Control marketing spend to grow the affiliate program while improving efficacy and efficiency.
· Keep pace with industry trends and developments around affiliate and influencer marketing.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 5+ years relevant professional experience in affiliate and/or cross-channel marketing.
· Bachelor’s degree equivalent professional experience.
· Robust experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and stakeholders.
· Proven track record of delivering high quality campaigns in very dynamic environments.
· Business fluency in written and verbal English, additional European languages are a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to capture and use various data points to develop and measure marketing programs.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence teams and stakeholders.
· Highly detail-oriented, excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
· A passion for affiliate and influencer marketing and understanding of its business impact.
· Strong quantitative and analytical skills including working with budgets and efficiency KPIs.
